The complimentary lab is for organisations ready to work on a specific challenge. To apply, your team must:

  • Bring one real organisational problem.Describe a challenge in leadership, teamwork, communication or change, and its impact.
  • Keep the group to six or fewer.Include a decision-maker with the authority to act on the insights.
  • Complete the pre-lab questionnaire.Share the context, previous attempts and desired outcome so Nerissa can evaluate the problem.
  • Commit to the 45-minute session.Be ready for an open conversation and to identify one practical next step.

Selection is personal, not automatic. Nerissa reviews each assessment for fit before shaping and confirming the micro-lab. The founding invitation is for 10 selected organisations. There is no obligation to purchase a masterclass.

Who is the lab for?+

Leadership teams with a real organisational challenge and a decision-maker who can participate within a group of no more than six. The founding invitation is limited to 10 selected organisations; applying does not guarantee a place.

What should we prepare?+

Complete the required pre-lab questionnaire about your challenge, its impact, previous attempts, team context and desired outcome. Add up to six participant names and roles, including the decision-maker. Nerissa evaluates the responses before confirming the micro-lab focus.

Does applying commit us to a paid session?+

No. The lab is complimentary. Any masterclass or further engagement is agreed separately.

How does the company portal work?+

Your nominated company coordinator signs in with a code sent to their work email, completes the assessment and manages a roster of up to six participants. Track your application from Received to Processing, respond online if more information is requested, and see your Approved or Rejected decision in the portal. Participant details are visible within that coordinator’s account. Please only include information you have permission to share.
