No guaranteed outcome
Each organisation’s circumstances are different. A lab may help clarify a problem and identify a practical next step, but particular performance improvements or business results are not guaranteed.
A 45-minute micro-lab has a limited scope. More complex issues may require further investigation or a separately agreed engagement.
Assessment and decisions
The questionnaire helps Nerissa understand the organisational challenge. It is not a clinical test, a psychometric diagnosis or an automated eligibility score. Optional PTS information is recorded as supplied, without automated interpretation.
Organisations remain responsible for their own decisions and implementation. Do not use a lab discussion or participant record as the sole basis for a consequential decision about an individual.
